  1. My thorough revision of your questionnaire and your provided blood or other lab work.

  2. Up to 1.5 hours face to face consultation or facetime if you are time poor.

  3. Outline of your healing protocol.

Nutritional medicine is a fast growing form of healing, which is mainly embraced by nutritionists, naturopath or integrative GP. I can simply say: humans are all different, but if you can fine tune with your inner self, to discover what food works for your body, you will be amazed with the result you will get:
